1. Exchange Eligibility
  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are only applicable for size issues or if you receive a defective/damaged product.

2. Important Guidelines
  • Color Variations: Please note that minor color variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting. Such variations do not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

  • Combining Offers: Exchange requests for items bought during a sale cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless explicitly stated.

  • Price Adjustments: Prices of our products are subject to change without notice; however, for exchanges, the price at the time of your original purchase will be considered.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Custom-stitched or altered outfits cannot be exchanged.

  • Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange.

4. How to Request an Exchange
  • Email Us: Send an email to [Insert Email Address] with your Order ID and photos of the product within 48 hours of delivery if the item is damaged.

  • Pickup/Self-Ship: Depending on your location, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item back to our warehouse.

  • Quality Check: Once we receive the item and it passes a quality inspection, your replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

5. Right to Cancel

ANEK reserves the right to cancel or refuse exchange requests that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or do not meet the criteria mentioned above.
